We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY + no restocking fees! We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our returns policy. 

All return / exchange inquiries, requests and emails will be answered during our business hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. 

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center at the bottom of our site
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • You MUST return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving the prepaid shipping label or the label will be cancelled and we will not accept it back.

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 15 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimates
  • Beauty products
  • Sale items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is damaged, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

If we have the new size or color you need in stock we will approve your exchange. We ship out exchanges once we receive the original item(s).

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to store credit, which is directly emailed to you through an e-gift card. Redeemable online and in store.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

International Return Procedure

To return your Canada / international online order, please contact us at [email protected]. A team member will get back to you promptly with instructions.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Lost or stolen packages...

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service.
